In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Korean Skinberry, korean-skinberry.myshopify.com) by means of a clear statement (for example, by email) of your decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement.
Conditions for Returns
- Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Sealed skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days and credited to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product. We will either replace the product or issue a full refund, including the original shipping costs.
