These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through korean-skinberry.myshopify.com, operated by Korean Skinberry, based in Belgium.

2. Products and Prices

All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and include VAT, but exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, and product availability at any time. Promotions and offers are valid while stocks last.

3. Orders and Order Confirmation

A purchase agreement is concluded once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available on our website. Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully received.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

Korean Skinberry shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits. Our total liability is limited to the value of your order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.
