We ship to all countries within the European Union. If you would like shipping outside the EU, please contact us.

Shipping Costs

  • Belgium: €4.95 (free shipping on orders over €50)
  • The Netherlands and Luxembourg: €6.95 (free shipping on orders over €75)
  • Other EU countries: €9.95 (free shipping on orders over €100)

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Belgium: 2–4 business days
  • The Netherlands and Luxembourg: 3–5 business days

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Undeliverable or Unclaimed Packages

If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you. Reshipping is possible, but additional shipping charges will apply.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
